49-year-old James Wayne Mcrary of Kenny Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Sunday (June 25) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one count felony larceny and failure to appear on a felony probation violation count. Mcrary remains in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $20,000 secured bond and no court date listed.
