45-year-old Thomas Joe Braswell of Burns Road in Granite Falls was arrested Sunday (January 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony interfering with an electric monitoring device and failure to appear on a nonsupport case. He was given a $3,000 secured and $4,500 cash bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for January 18.
