31-year-old James Randall Willard of the Gaston County town of High Shoals was arrested Tuesday (April 4) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony larceny and failure to appear on a count of misdemeanor larceny. Willard was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. District Court appearances were scheduled Wednesday (April 5) and for June 14.
