34-year-old Erica Marie Matyok of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was arrested by Maiden Police on August 30 on a long list of charges, has now been served with a felony warrant as a fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. She is wanted by authorities in Philadelphia County on a robbery charge involving a firearm. The Catawba County charges include fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, attempting to obtain property by false pretenses, identity theft, forgery, and more.

Matyok remains in the Catawba County Detention Facility, where she has been since August 30. Her bond now stands at $225,000. District Court appearances on the fugitive warrant and for I.D. theft and forgery were scheduled today in Newton. Additional court dates are coming up on September 7 & 12.
