Crisp was charged with conspiracy, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers also found three firearms in an outbuilding. No charges were filed against the two men that officers encountered in the living room.

All of the suspects were brought to the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center. Loftin’s bond was set at $50,000 secured, Crisp was jailed under a $30,000 secured bond,
Hedgpeth was jailed under a $12,000 secured bond, and McSwain was placed in jail under a $50,000 secured bond. None of the four suspects are currently listed as inmates in Lincoln County.
