Long time WHKY-TV News anchor Jim Karas passed away early this morning (February 2) at the age of 77. Mr. Karas worked for WHKY from 1997 until his retirement in December, 2014. He then moved to the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area to enjoy his time with his family and to help raise his twin granddaughters.
