39-year-old Daniel Sherman King of Circle Drive in Hudson was arrested Thursday (March 18) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of forgery of an instrument and uttering a forged instrument. King was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $2,500 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled next Monday (March 22).
