Martin was taken before a Magistrate and served with 42 outstanding warrants. Bond for Martin was set at $402,000 secured. According to a press release from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, a first appearance in District Court is listed in Wake County on July 4. Martin is currently being held in the Harven A.
