On Monday (March 25), Troutman Police conducted a traffic stop of a Nissan Altima near Building Center Avenue. While performing a pat-down of the passenger, Cordara Moore, officers found a revolver concealed in the front of his pants.

A search of the vehicle led to a small amount of marijuana being found inside the vehicle as well. Cordara Moore is a convicted felon with a prior conviction for carrying a concealed weapon. He was taken before a magistrate where he was ordered held under a $30,000 bond. A District Court date is set for April 17.
