28-year-old Michael Adam Sturgill of 7th Street NE in Hickory was arrested Monday (March 21) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense. Sturgill was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $4,000 bond. District Court appearances were scheduled today (March 22) and Thursday (March 24).
