46-year-old Tammy Duckworth Boone was arrested this morning (February 23) by authorities in Burke County. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Boone was arrested shortly after midnight this morning and placed in jail in Morganton under $5,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
