44-year-old Tonya Loretta Biggerstaff was arrested Wednesday (May 25) by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Biggerstaff was arrested at approximately 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at an address on Mill Race Road in Morganton. She is not listed as an inmate in Burke County, no court date was listed.
