47-year-old Jeffrey Scott Williams of Fayetteville was served bills of indictment by Lenoir Police yesterday (April 20) for felony child abuse by allowing sexual assault and indecent liberties with a child. Williams was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond. No court date is currently listed.
