28-year-old Rodger Hayden Gwyn Jr of Curtis Creek Road in Elk Park was arrested Monday (February 27) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony possession of methamphetamine. Gwyn remains in jail as of this morning with a $10,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for March 1.
