40-year-old Robert William Stephen Romska of 27th Street Drive NE in Hickory was arrested today (February 7) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with trafficking, opium or heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Romska was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $48,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
