19-year-old Caleb Asheton Blackburn of Vance Lane in Taylorsville was arrested Friday (May 29) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, discharge a firearm in the city, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Blackburn (pictured) was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $15,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled for June 17.
