A Granite Falls man was arrested Monday (May 25) on felony drug charges in Hickory.

According to the Hickory Police Department, 32-year-old Nicholas James Lopez of Spring Lake Mobile Home Park was taken into custody. He was charged with felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances, along with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lopez (pictured) was scheduled to make a first court appearance Tuesday (May 26) in Catawba County District Court.
