39-year-old Cody Allen Kidd of 12th Street NE in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (September 1) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor larceny. Kidd was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility following the arrest under $4,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled for September 22.
