Catawba Valley Community College softball swept a doubleheader from Bryant & Stratton on the road in Virginia Beach, Va. The Red Hawks won game one 6-1 and blanked the Bobcats, 9-0 in a run-ruled game two. The wins improve CVCC to 32-6 overall, 19-3 in Region X, Division 2 play. CVCC hosts Cleveland Community College at home Wednesday for a doubleheader. The first game is to start at 2pm at the Highland Recreation Center in Hickory.
