37-year-old Kenneth Allen Ringgold of Sunrise Circle in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (February 11) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver counterfeit controlled substance. Ringgold was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center in Lenoir under $15,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for next Monday (February 15).
