39-year-old Timothy Lee Felder of Staircase Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (January 9) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Felder remains in jail as of this morning with a $125,000 secured bond and District Court scheduled for January 9. A Superior Court date was scheduled for February 27.
