54-year-old Michelle Downs McCurry of Flintwood Drive in Conover was arrested today (October 25) by Newton Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. McCurry was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $1,500 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
