NEWTON, N.C. (WHKY) — A Conover woman has been arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office on drug, larceny and probation-related charges. 27-year-old Tara Nicole Ramseur was jailed Thursday, October 1.

Ramseur faces counts of possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, felony probation violation, misdemeanor larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was being held in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $50,000 bond Thursday morning. A court appearance is scheduled for November 19.
