36-year-old Joshua Dwayne Shatley, whose address was not listed, was arrested Sunday (June 4) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with two counts of felony larceny, five counts of habitual larceny, three counts of possession of stolen goods or property, and single counts of assault inflicting serious injury, resisting a public officer, and misdemeanor larceny.

Shatley was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $56,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (June 6). District Court dates were scheduled today (June 6), Wednesday (June 7), June 12, June 26, and June 28.
