29-year-old James Robert Anderson of 1st Avenue South in Conover was arrested Wednesday (February 22) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with two felony counts apiece of possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule II controlled substance along with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of larceny. Anderson was detained in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $7,500 bond. District and Superior Court dates were scheduled today (February 23).
