28-year-old James Robert Anderson of 1st Avenue South in Conover was arrested Sunday (July 3) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with two counts apiece of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Anderson was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $45,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (July 5).
