44-year-old Jason McKinley Powell of Hall Street in Conover was arrested last Friday (March 25) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with two counts of felony larceny and two counts of misdemeanor larceny. Powell was released on $4,000 secured bond. District Court appearances are scheduled for April 11 and April 28 in Lenoir.
