50-year-old Shane Lee Roper of C & B Farm Road in Conover was arrested Saturday (March 26) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of financial card fraud and obtaining property by false pretense. Roper was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (March 28).
