36-year-old Antonio Munos Palomares II, who is listed as a homeless person from Conover, was arrested Saturday (August 5) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer, and failure to appear on counts of breaking or entering and misdemeanor larceny.

Palomares was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $6,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (August 8). District Court dates are scheduled for August 15, August 21, and August 28.
