36-year-old Austin Byron Locke of 27th Street NE in Conover was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on highway violations. Locke was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (May 20) under $3,000 bond. District Court appearances were scheduled today and June 6.
