39-year-old Erik Brion Beller of Village Boulevard N.W. in Conover was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers last Friday (July 21) on a felony warrant as a fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. He is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office in Madison County, Kentucky for a felony probation violation. Beller is on probation for possession of heroin.

The suspect was taken to the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $40,000, secured. He is no longer listed as an inmate in Catawba County. An appearance in District Court was scheduled yesterday (July 24) in Newton. No additional court dates are currently listed.
