28-year-old Kimberly Brooke Gragg of Thoreau Court in Connelly Springs was arrested Friday (March 24) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count of auto larceny and jailed under a $10,000 secured bond. Gragg was not listed in jail as of this morning and a Superior Court date was scheduled for April 10.
