Connelly Springs Woman Arrested Following Complaints Of Drug Activity
28-year-old Natalie Anne Henson of Laurel Creek Street in Connelly Springs was arrested by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance (cocaine) and felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance.
According to a news release issued Friday (September 22), on September 14, 2023, the Burke County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations/Narcotics Division, working in conjunction with the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections Probation & Parole division, conducted a search at an address on Laurel Creek Street in Connelly Springs. The search was conducted at the residence of a woman on probation, Natalie Anne Henson.
This operation was conducted after numerous public complaints about the residence and/or its occupants using and/or distributing controlled substances in the area. While searching the residence, Henson was reportedly found to be in possession of multiple narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The items found included cocaine, methamphetamine and digital scales.
Henson was arrested and charged and was brought to the Burke County Jail under a $20,000 secured bond. She was not listed as an inmate today (September 25). No upcoming court dates were listed on these charges.
