Elliott is on probation as a result of a conviction on September 14, 2022 in Burke County for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. He received probation and a 36 month suspended sentence. Following Monday’s arrest, Elliott was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,500 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (February 14), a Superior Court appearance is scheduled next Monday (February 20).
