27-year-old Jacob Rayce Carr of Della Drive in Connelly Springs was arrested Monday (December 26) on charges filed in Catawba County. He’s charged with felony larceny by anti-inventory device. In addition, Carr is charged with speeding and reckless driving with wanton disregard. Carr was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (December 27). A District Court date is set for January 3.
