40-year-old William Forrest Wiseman of Connelly Springs Road in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (October 11) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. Wiseman remains in jail as of this morning under $12,000 secured bond and a Superior Court appearance scheduled for October 30. A District Court date was scheduled for November 20.
