59-year-old Gary Lynn Johnson who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory was arrested Thursday (March 4) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of cocaine. Johnson is also charged with failure to appear on counts of habitual larceny, resisting a public officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $67,000 bond. District Court dates were scheduled today (March 5) and May 6.
