30-year-old William Marshall Shook of Levina Road in Claremont was arrested Sunday (March 19) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged on bills of indictment with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a felon, larceny of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, breaking & entering, and larceny after breaking & entering. Shook was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $25,000 bond. Superior Court dates were scheduled Monday (March 20) and for April 17.
