52-year-old Milton Gregory Horton of Oxford School Road in Claremont was arrested Wednesday (August 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and two felony counts larceny of a motor vehicle. Horton remains in jail as of this morning under $12,500 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today (August 31).
