30-year-old Justin Alexander Parkhurst of Rock Barn Road in Claremont was arrested Wednesday (July 1) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. According to court records, Parkhurst is charged with ten counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Parkhurst was incarcerated at the Catawba County Detention Facility under $300,000 bond. A District Court date is scheduled for July 6.
