Claremont Man Charged With Failing To Appear In Court On Drug Counts

29-year-old William Marshall Shook of Lavina Lane in Claremont was arrested Tuesday (December 28) by authorities in Davidson County on charges from Catawba County. He’s charged in Catawba with failure to appear on counts of possession of heroin, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver heroin, possession of methamphetamine, breaking or entering, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shook was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $7,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (December 30). A Superior Court date was scheduled Tuesday, no upcoming court dates were listed.
