LINCOLNTON, N.C. (WHKY) – A Mecklenburg County woman was arrested Tuesday (September 3) in Lincoln County on drug-related charges. According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Raven Patrice Hannibal of Charlotte was charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hannibal was booked into the Lincoln County Detention Center shortly before midnight Tuesday. She was being held under a $5,000 bond. A court date is set for September 24.
