41-year-old Edward Hayes Stradford of Charlotte was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance and simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance. Stradford was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (May 11) under $5,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
