32-year-old Abel Alexander Figueroa-Esquivel of Charlotte was arrested Thursday (February 16) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with breaking & entering, possession of burglary tools, assault by strangulation, injury to real property, and two counts of assault on a female. Following the arrest, Figueroa-Esquivel was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $7,000 bond. District Court dates were scheduled for today (February 17) and Monday (February 20).
