29-year-old Dysheem Tyrae Hart of Charlotte was arrested Tuesday (April 4) by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of controlled substance on prison or jail premises. He’s also charged with misdemeanor counts of simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia, along with traffic counts.

Hart was arrested following a traffic stop Tuesday evening in Alexander County. Following his arrest, Hart was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $61,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled April 10.
