22-year-old Dexter Dewayne Lilly II of Farthington Circle in Charlotte was arrested Tuesday (November 29) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and felony possession of a stolen firearm. Lilly remains in jail as of this morning with a $100,000 secured bond and District Court scheduled for today.
