Charges Filed In Drug Case

Brady Guin IV was arrested Sunday (March 10) by Troutman Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to sell & deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substance along with misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.

On Sunday, Troutman Police Officers made a traffic stop and found that the driver, Brady Guin IV, had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court. While arresting Guin officers developed probable cause to search the vehicle. During the search a 9mm pistol was found along with 30 grams of marijuana, and digital scales.

Guin was arrested and charged. Due to the fact that the suspect is on pretrial release for charges including felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, he was initially placed in jail without bond. As of earlier today (March 13), Guin was not listed as an inmate in Iredell County. District Court dates are scheduled for March 19 and April 1.
