CCC&TI Volleyball To Compete in District Championship on Saturday
Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute will travel to Butler County Community College for the National Junior College Athletics Association Division III Volleyball Mid-Atlantic District Championship on Saturday, October 29. The winner-take-all, best of-five match will start at 1PM at Pioneer Field House in Butler, PA.
The winner of the match will receive an automatic bid to the NJCAA Division III Volleyball Championships, to be held November 9-11 in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Region 10 champion Cobras are currently ranked eighth in the latest NJCAA Division III volleyball poll and have an overall record of 20-5. The Butler Pioneers won the Region 20 championship and are ranked fifteenth in the NJCAA poll with an 18-5 overall record.
