35-year-old Ashley Nicole Killian Horton of James Street in Catawba has been arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers for twice failing to appear in court on charges of second-degree trespassing and misdemeanor larceny. She was jailed today (October 31) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $19,000. Appearances in District Court are coming up on November 6 & 13 in Newton.
