NEWTON, N.C. (WHKY) – 54-year-old Timothy Wayne Ivey of Monbo Road in Catawba was arrested today (July 29) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, littering hazardous waste, and driving while license revoked. Ivey was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A Wednesday District Court date was scheduled, a Superior Court appearance is set for August 3.
